  • Worst customer service I've had at a cleaners. I took my suit there to be cleaned and pressed first thing on a Monday morning. I asked if it would be done by five the next day because I had an important meeting on Wednesday morning. They said it would be done by 3. The next day they called me and told me that it wasn't going to be done until Thursday at 3 because their press guy did not come in. I went down there and said I needed my suit done and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them I either needed my suit done or I needed it back, after looking for the suit for about 5 minutes, they just put it up on the counter in a pile and gave it back to me. I asked them if they realized that this was going to destroy all future business with them and the girl shrugged her shoulders and told me she just worked there. Then came the mad struggle of finding a cleaners that would press my suit after 11:30. Fortunately I found Village East Cleaners just down the road and they saved me. I will never go back to Foothills Cleaners.
