I started at Aloha Yoga and Hula by participating in the Beginner Series a few months ago. It was a really great way to learn the basics of yoga in a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going ever since. The classes are an effective way to relax mentally while challenging myself physically. My favorite part of the classes is the way Myriam works towards one pose all week. It is fun to see the progress you can make even over a couple of days.
