  • Horribly unresponsive. I have been working with them to resolve an issue with bees at one of their properties and have seen no action taken in over two months. I call every phone number they have, send emails and have left multiple messages on their emergency maintenance line and have yet to receive a call back. Good luck getting help from them once you are a renter.
