  • RIP OFF COMPANY!! After having a bad experience w/ another pool company, we thought there's no way another one could be as bad. But United Pool Service managed to top them... We signed up to get our pool cleaned on a weekly basis. They showed up the first week and cleaned it. Second week they were a no-show. Our pool was starting to get algae so I called to let them know. The guy said he would send someone out right away. No one showed up.. Ever again. We basically paid a month's worth of service for them to clean once. I called them again and said I want my money back for the 3 weeks they didn't service our pool. I was told that they would call me back the following Monday. Never heard back. I can't believe they're still in business. Wish I saw these bad reviews before hiring them! They should be sued for fraud!!
