  • This was my first time coming here. I was part of a large wedding and had my hair done that day. The salon was super cute in one of my favorite shopping complexes in Scottsdale. The girl who did my hair was super nice and asked me if I would like anything to drink. I asked for the cosmo tight curls I was told they would stay in my hair for up to 3 days. Once my hair was done I was pressured to buy a product and had no time to look at my finished hair. I let her know that I was from San Diego and I had a carry-on and at this time don't need anything, she persisted in showing me small items I can put in my carry on so I caved and bought something. Once I got to my hotel at 1:30 l I looked at my hair and there were several chunks of straight hair. By the time I had to leave for the wedding my hair was completely flat not a curl in sight. It was very upsetting to pay to have my hair professionally done and it looked worse then if I did it myself.
