  • Obviously, one can gather the insanity of the prices here. What makes them seem even more expensive is the fact that the product is horrible. For what you pay, you would think the customer service along with actual service would be top of the line, when it is the worst I have ever experienced. They CONSISTENTLY have lost items or broken curtains with little to no remorse. Extremely unprofessional and more a waste of time than money.
