  • NO idea who could give these guys 5 stars. They ruined our family holiday! Had reserved a car months earlier - when I checked in was told they had no cars available! I have rented cars for 35 years and NEVER had this experience. Asked them when I could get one - they had no idea! Left my phone number for (Dominic) to call back - he never did. Called the local number he gave me. No one answers the phone - you get VM! No one returns the VM! Unmitigated disaster. Stay away from Dollar (and Thrifty - owned by Dollar) and Hotwire (and Expedia who own Hotwire).
