  • I was at the Jiffy Lube on 7215 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas at 8AM shortly after it opened. They were already backed up with three cars waiting. The service rep said there would be a 2 hour wait. A 2 hour wait?!? It shouldn't take that long to service three cars. She said they were short staffed. So I left and went somewhere else for an oil change. Staffing problems reflect poorly on the management.
