I've been contemplating on getting a certain hairstyle. Joey did my hair the last time and he did a fantastic job. Sadly, he wasn't working on the day I actually had time for a cut.
The girl who did my hair had a terrible attitude from beginning til end. I showed her several pictures of Megan Rapinoe's (US Women/s Soccer team player) hair on my phone. She asked me if she could take before and after photos - ok, fine. The snipping process took a long time and I could tell there was uncertainty. The hairstylist told me afew times in a rude manner "you have to keep your head down so I can cut your hair straight." I can only hold my head down for a few minutes before my neck starts hurting. I fell asleep. When I woke up, I thought I was having a nightmare. I look like Abby Wambach (the other player for the US Women's Soccer team)! The stylist had the odacity to ask me what I think about my hair and the only thing I could say was "I wish my hair would grow back right now." The whole place turned silent and all the other stylists were like "Oh, honey! You look great!" I don't care if I look great. It wasn't the hair I asked for. And I told my stylist, "the back is long" and she continues to argue by saying "well, you didn't show me the back of her hair!" REALLY??? It's a pixie cut for crying outloud! Have you ever seen a pixie cut that's long in the back? Did Billy Ray Cyrus get his mullett with a pixie cut?!?
I was in complete shock and horror. I wanted to cry and hurt somebody. There were too many thoughts and emotions going on. I had to tell myself, "don't go to jail for this one. It's not worth it. Your hair will grow back." I had to quickly get up, pay and leave.
Sure, the location is convenient. Its'a cheap but inexperienced stylists are the reasons why I'd rather go to the dentist.
