  • The HOA initially hired Lee for our common area, based on a resident's recommendation. We needed our drip system, which was 30 years old, replaced. It was a huge job, costing thousands of dollars. Lee did a wonderful job. Subsequently, we had him replace parts of our grass system. Again, the work was excellent. I also have had him out to my house for personal work. Lee knows everything about irrigation. There is nothing he can't fix. I've lived in Arizona for more than 40 years. I've found that irrigation people are often unreliable. Not Lee. He and his people always do EXACTLY what they say they will. Their work is always done on time and at a reasonable cost. You won't go wrong with Dependable Irrigation.
