  • After running around all day all you ask for is a smooth check in. Instead I get the two employees who can not understand why just my last name appears on my credit card and refuse to check me in even though I provide them with my passport. May as well have computers checking people in. I than ask to put my pin and they do not have the system. I ask how it is my fault and they look at me with a blank look. Very disappointing a hotel like the Omni treats people like criminals first time I have ever experienced this. Last night the queen Elizabeth had absolutely no issue as well as trump in Toronto the day before as well as the Sheraton at Pearson airport. Avoid the Omni at all costs.
