  • Have you ever found a company that was so awesome you just wanted to tell everyone about it? I swear Dial Carpet Cleaning is that type of company. My light tan carpet was literally black in some heavy traffic areas. Actually I didn't think it was possible to ever get those areas clean again. The one carpet cleaning company I had been using for the past 13 years was under new ownership and tried to up-sell me when they came out to do the work. I sent them packing. Then I found Dial Carpet Cleaning. They promised to give me one quote and to stick to that price. They did exactly as promised. I can tell you talking to Alex was a real treat. She is friendly and very knowledgeable on the phone. And Ronnie, the Technician is just a treasure. He gave me such awesome service that I stopped him from working 3 times to ask him if he was doing extra stuff I would have to pay for later on. He assured me the price was the same as quoted by the office. I was so surprised because in all the years I used the other company, even though they had come to recognize me by voice over the years, they never went to such lengths to get my carpet cleaned without pointing out each spot and quoting me the additional cost of removing each one. With Dial, I got one price quote. I paid the price that was quoted. I got a full house of clean carpet. My carpet looks almost brand new. For the first time in 13 years I enjoy walking barefoot on my carpet because whatever they used made it feel so soft and smell so fresh. I sent them a set of before and after pictures for their website. I don't know if they will actually post them or not, but if they do mine are the black and white images. :-) I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. It would be very difficult to find a carpet cleaning company that's better than Dial.
