  • Beware of the finance department!! My husband and I bought a car last month. We decided to bring in our own financing when they "worked hard" to get us a great rate that we bettered with a 5 minute phone call to our bank. We took our financincing check to them only to have them tell our bank they never sold us a car and cancelled the check. We found all of this out 4 weeks later when we called our bank to see why they hadnt asked for payment yet. In all the trips down there a manager never thought it would be a good idea to at least say sorry, but a free car wash is apparently the going rate for no one doing their job. This is the second vehicle we have bought from this dealership and after this experience we will not be back!
