  • Literally the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Between Rose and Rita I will never return. I had to return a few items and I was given sooo much flack for it. When asking the customer service employee Rita if this is where I did the returns she replied with "unfortunately" she then began to talk bad about me to the guests standing in line behind me saying it was going to be a while because I decided to "fill her morning with returns" She then proceeded to grunt and complain during the entirety of the return. By the way, I'm only returning Non Perishable items all with a receipt. I was there almost 45 minutes because of this nonsense. I will never EVER return to this location. Btw they're constantly out of shopping carts because homeless people steal them so you are forced to shop without a cart. This place is utterly embarrassing to Las Vegas and the Albertsons brand.
