I'm giving it two stars because they pulled through in the end BUT, I should NOT have to make a fool of myself to get quality service. My sons wore their swim team suits (bad quality from a non-brand name) ONE TIME. And they only wore them for pictures and a start clinic. One suit had a hole by the end of the clinic and the other was completely see through.
So I drove all the way out to the store with the suits and my receipt but the staff could "do nothing" for me because it wasn't a "defect". I was told "well it looks like he sat down or it got snagged". Are you kidding me?? Of course they'll sit down at some point in a swim team suit especially at a meet in between races!!
Now that is TERRIBLE costumer service. At least they could have come back with ok, we're sorry how about 50% of the price? Nope, they weren't going to do anything!!
After ten minutes of back and forth it wasn't until I was halfway out the door threatening to write bad reviews did they say ok just get another suit no cost at all. For that I applaud them because $$ is not an issue in my family I can and will pay for good product but when I pay for something and it is trashed after one use I expect the seller to stand by their product without putting up a fight.
I'm disappointed they are selling this non-brand name crap to swim teams and then when they fall apart acting like it was user error.
I'm a no nonsense person and can be assertive if I need to be... I wonder how many non assertive people they push over......
