  • District Lofts is located right in the heart of downtown Gilbert and brings its own unique flair to the area. I love the industrial and modern look and the smell every time I walk into the front office. (And I let the really cool staff know about the great smell too :) The amenities are state of the art with a great gym, clubhouse, and pool area. Plenty of grills to cook on and a relaxing fire pit to enjoy the cool nights. The location is the best. A variety of really good restaurants all within a short walking distance and conveniently located close to a great training gym and cycle studio. The view of the water tower and the train tracks really give the District Lofts an urban feel and a place I'm happy to call home.
