  • I got a call from the Resort Manager the other day. The call was a follow-up to my review, which made me very happy to hear that they read all reviews and take them very seriously! I was highly impressed with our discussion... mainly his follow-through, his concern with our quality of stay, and his willingness to discuss the issues openly and honestly ...which it sounds like the Montelucia management are taking very seriously! I appreciated the call so much. Honestly - this hotel is a beautiful property. It is the perfect setting for a zen-like vacation. He said that's what they aim for the guests to have. He said I could call next time we plan to stay and he'd personally update me on the positive changes made to the hotel. That is pretty cool. I am VERY impressed with Montelucia's desire to make sure patrons are happy and satisfied. For that level of customer care, I'm willing to return. Thank you for taking our comments seriously and into consideration! You don't see that much these days... Kind regards and hope to see you soon!
