  • I would give zero stars if I could. I called Benjamin Plumbing for a quote to get an estimate for a remodeling project. After a few weeks I get a bill for $250 for "work performed" even though the plumber that came didn't do anything. He looked at the space and told us he was going to send us an estimate. For the past 11 months, every month I get a bill from Benjamin threatening to send me to collections if I don't pay the bill. I called 9 times and spoke to several people in Accounts Receivable, Administration and Service Department. Every time they tell they'll take care of and every month the same bill. The quality of service is terrible, there are better plumbing companies out there.
