  • Very bad experience. After I turned down their offer to buy a vehicle, I received four calls back asking why. The salesman was very pushy, was very rude, used a loud voice and was so unprofessional. I don't like to feel bullied into any situation. When I stated I wanted to pass on their offer, that should have been end of story. My reasons are my business. Unfortunately I had to tell him where he can take his offer and basically yell back, he would not take no for an answer. Very, very bad customer service. After my experience there, I will never return to Midway. I recommend Peoria Ford, excellent customer service, beat their price and took care of all my needs. I will not recommend Midway to anyone.
