  • BRFM used to be an exemplary doctors office, service was prompt and the demeanor of the staff was bright and kind. Now a days, patients can expect to wait 45 minutes or more past their appointment time, and to be given less than 2 minutes of face time with a doctor. Don't expect a return call about that question you had or the results of your tests, you will receive a bill for their services before you hear back. Truly a shame.
