  • This is a completely different shop than when I first came to town and built a relationship with them. The new manager is a playboy who you need to respond appropriately to get good service. I've never played those games I refuse to when I'm paying you to work on my car. After having consistent quality service, I was absolutely ripped off when I had my radiator replaced. Radiators for my SUV should be around $5-600.00 Not the $1220 I was charged. Single women, this is NOT THE PLACE FOR US. There are many other shops that are kind and will not over charge you, tell you your car won't make it to another shop. Seriously. After I left, I noticed the light was not shutting off indicating my sensors were not working properly. When I turned around to let him know.... I was patronized so horribly I was sick. When I got home I called the shop to complain higher up the chain. And was promptly yelled at by the Hispanic manager. I'm getting upset all over again. And yes, I will post this every chance I get. The double charge, WILL cost YOU.
