| - REPOST: FYI- This place needs negative stars!!!
DO NO GO TO THIS LOCATION LET ALONE ANY LOCATIONS! I had a tune-up done because I had noises and uncontrollable jerking of my vehicle. I get a tune-up ($400 and something), I take in my truck for an oil change, then they say that my power steering is dirty and it will cost $110 to clean it. I get it done along with oil change. Again I go in for an oil change then they say that my power steering is dirty it is green and my brakes are contaminated. I say " I just had my power steering done", guy starts punching in at computer and says "well you are over the mileage though it is still under warranty of the 30 days. I call my mechanic friend in California he says, that when air hits the power steering it turns green. I start to feel that I am getting taken advantage of, but I do not want to make accusations at this point. Months later the same problem; noises and jerking of my truck. I take it in this time they tell me that a plug was unplugged somewhere in the engine (manifold) and then asked who worked on the vehicle before. DUH!!!! You guys did! This was after 3 days of trying to figure it out or screwing me over...So the fee is paid ($800 and something). A few days later the same damn problem! I take my vehicle in a week later because I have other obligations. I sit in the waiting area for 5 1/2 hours! I go up to the counter for 30 seconds of being ignored and the guy says "...yes..." it's like what the hell do you mean "yes"! I said "My truck? I am not here for my health!" then he says "we are still checking on it and waiting to take a test drive". Seriously this place is a joke! Finally I go back to the front and the guy says "It's the manifold it keeps back firing". I then told him that's the same problem you told us the 2 different times". Then he said "No it was a spark plug problem and then a plug to the manifold". I said "No, I had a tune-up, nothing with the spark plugs and we were told it was the manifold, so I have had the same problems you guys say you figured it out and here I am again and now it is another problem after you fixed it and this is the 3rd time I am here?" Then he said rudely and stern "...IT IS A PROBLEM THAT HAS OCCURED AND HAS OCCURED IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF YOU HAVING YOUR VEHICLE". So now I am basically being called a liar, that I am stupid, and being scolded! I was so pissed off that these guys are taking advantage of a woman! I signed the receipt which the estimate was $500 something. NOTE TO PEOPLE: DO NOT SIGN 'TILL YOU SEE WHAT THEY TYPE FOR RECEIPT. THEY MAKE YOU PAY AND THEN SIGN AND THEN THEY PRINT UP THE RECIEPT. If I would have noticed the way they do their system before I would have never signed! So I guess this is how they scam you!!!! It should be that they show you the print out and you sign if you agree. No you sign on their electric signature software equipment then get your receipt.... Then he says in a sarcastic way "Bring it back and let us know what you want to do". I beg all of you to go elsewhere! This office needs to be closed or swept of the employees and get new ones! So what is the next step I do??? I will tell you! My husband called the General Manager...He calls and says he is going to look into the matter. So, yes I am fuming and Yelp The events. The General Manager calls back and says that I blasted the company and he want time to help figure this out. The manager also tells us that the mechanics did their job and plugged back whatever needed to be plugged in. Basically insinuating that the mechanics did their job...Guess what folks, my paperwork says I paid for a part when all they did was re-plug the plug, so why did I get billed for a part that was not used?? My husband asks me to take off my post on Yelp. Out of respect, I take it off. Well folks it has been almost three weeks since the company has swindled me out of money! Has the General Manager called back and let us know what his findings are or what he has done or anything that is going on? To keep up is in the loop with customer service to give us the heads up as a manager to find out what has gone on? NOPE!!!! I guess I will add no communication skills at all to this company! Yes I will blast this! I will blast it all over the place! All and any social media possible! My next step is to take my business elsewhere! I beg all of you to not go here! And especially a woman not to go to this place EVER-EVER-EVER!!!!!! And one more thing to mention, I have gone to this place multiple times, and they know that my husband is in another state, that I have Lyme Disease, I have 2 little girls, I am a student. So the front desk employees know I am alone, I am ill, have kids, and a starving student and they still screwed me over! Nice way to treat your customer and community! Nice way of getting ahead on people of this group! AND THEN...they have thier own employee to rate this place for stars! (GENE) Psht! This company has to lie for stars!! Niiice.
