  • Average as far as Target goes. Generally clean, much nicer now that they have a Starbucks. Not much in the way of customer service. There aren't many people available on the floor to help. They're usually absorbed in their task at hand or conversing. I don't think I've ever been asked if I need anything. Also the parking lot is always packed and it's starting to get frequented by pan-handlers. All in all not terrible, but not great.
