  • If I could give them a negative star, I would. I went to the store and picked up samples and arranged to have someone come to my house to give me an estimate. The day of the appointment the woman was late and claimed she didn't have my contact info to let me know she would be late. When she got there I had to ask on several occasions what my options were and the costs. I never heard back from her, so I emailed her several times asking for the quote. I finally got it and it seemed really high, so I asked what my options were to bring the cost down a bit. I never heard back from her, so I went back to the store. I was asked what my budget was. I had never looked into artificial grass before, so I had no idea how much it cost, but I knew the quote I got seemed excessive. I gave them a number and they said they would get back to me. Never heard back from them, so I reached out to another company. The other company was awesome. Turns out the amount I suggested as my budget was right on the money for this other company and their product and customer service was far superior. I would not recommend Synthetic to anyone unless you want crappy customer service and to pay through the nose; provided you hear back from them to actually get your yard done.
