  • Had a new windshield installed on December 22, excessive vibration from a faulty install caused the glass panel on my sunroof to shatter. Safelite admits to the faulty install job and will replace my windshield but doesn't seem to Think they are at fault for it causing damage to the glass panel the windshield was sealed and connected to... worst service I've ever experienced.
