  • These are the same people running International Cruise and Excursions, otherwise known as ICE. They got a contract to sell Sears leads. Be careful. I say this because they do not run background checks on any employees and have a huge turnover. Anyone you give your credit card number to is not necessarily someone who you should be giving it to just because they claim to be from Sears. They also lie to get the conversion, or sale. My sister and I were screwed out of our vacation due to the mess they caused, trying to tell us we would be better off with their promotion. When I tried to call back to complain I was passed around. Basically we lost out and are complaining to the BBB.
