While Laticia's prices go up, their portion size and quality go down. As a Centennial Hills resident in Las Vegas, Laticia's Cocina has been a go-to eatery for the past 10 years. The head chef Laticia would stand on the line checking quality of food and cheering on her employees of their fabulous service. Fast forward to 2017, Laticia's atmosphere is still busy, yet the quality of food is dimishing with each changing employee. Staple items like Fideo should are inconsistently flavored and as a favorite item for our family, we are always guessing weather it will taste like Laticias recipe or a bowl of bitter tasting grossness. Portion sizes seem smaller each time while prices rise as well. I love to support small business eateries, but I haven't been too impressed with Laticia's lately.
