  • I feel bad leaving this review because I love to see small businesses succeed, but this place has really gone downhill. The employee turnover rate must be astonishingly high because every single time I've come here in the past 6 months, the employees don't even know what's on their menu or how to properly make the item without asking someone else. They asked me today if I wanted whip cream I said yes and did I get whip cream? No. Shakes are on their menu yet they don't have ice cream and they seemed confused when I asked about it. Their prices have dropped and they just put slashes through the signage and it looks super ghetto. My sister was visiting from California and I took her here and she said this was the worst coffee place she had ever been. Due to employees clearly having no clue how to do their job. It seems they are just thrown out onto the floor and left to drown. The owners aren't running this well or hiring people who are passionate about coffee. One indicator on how a business is run is how employees coordinate with each other. On this particular visit we were asked questions about our simple order by three different employees and our order was still wrong.
