  • We had an extremely cold room and a hot room right next to each other at my work. The air definitely wasn't distributed evenly. We had repeatedly asked the guys who placed the units to check it out and they didn't even bother to come look or fix the issue. 4 years past and we just put up with it. Then I found Innovative Air. They put in a damper and that made the air more evenly distributed. It was a simple fix, and not too much money. Now we feel silly for having waited 4 years to deal with this issue. And the last guy who installed the AC unit (it was a remodeled office and everything inside was gutted and all new stuff put in) could care less about customer service and the general contractor (Hansons and sons) did not care enough to screen their subcontractors. I'm glad I found these guys, they seem knowledgeable, were quick to diagnose and fix the problem and I feel they are reasonable in cost. I frankly don't have time to spend reviewing mediocre companies. So when they are on opposite spectrums, be it good or bad, I feel obligated to tell others about it. I use reviews or word of mouth in all things I buy or in services I need so I feel I must give honest reviews so others who rely on them like I do would have some opinions to use in making their decisions.
