  • Best Philly cheesesteak I've had in Phoenix. It's $8.50 for a loaded 8 oz 'Steaken' with extra toppings and has never failed to fill me up. I think I've consumed about 25-30 of these over the past year. Be sure to order with provolone, which tastes superb. Sorry, some of these reviewers are either on crack or have insane expectations. The location is open from 10am to 10pm. I think they were open at 7am for a while, but whatever. This building offers a drive-through, dining area, or you can call ahead and pick up. They have Bud and Bud Light on tap and pizza slices during lunchtime. All in all, this is one of the best restaurants on Dunlap and in the Sunnyslope area, even if their only menu item was the Philly cheesesteak. I highly recommend Steakenburger over any of the places along the I-17 or near Metrocenter.
