First time visiting this place. Tuesday night and at one point we were the only ones in the restaurant. That was a little different for me, but soon others showed. It's kind of nice not to bump elbows with other people everywhere I go.
Very friendly staff with smiles. I hate getting low on drinks and asking for a refill. That never happened here and our server was very attentive. I will say I was not a fan of the music. A more classical or mellow fare would have been more appropriate. I don't like hearing U-2 followed by crappy Sting songs, etc..
The food was superb. My wife ordered the southwest cob salad. It was huge and the lettuce was very fresh. More than enough for one person to eat at a very good price. I ordered the lobster mac-cheese. Absolutely fantastic. It was very mello and not caked in salt. I'm glad they do it that way as I can add more if I need to (and I did just a bit), but id rather add then be soaked in it. I would have preferred that my glass have a straw. I don't like putting my lips on restaurant glasses. I did not ask for one though. Also, there was a musty smell coming from the kitchen at times. I assumed it was from washing the dishes. That's just a heads up to the staff, but not that big a deal.
