Very pleasantly surprised! I received a message from Roberto, the owner of Pink Box. He obviously DOES appear to care. Even the best business owner can fall victim to bad employees, perhaps that is what happened here. He has invited me back for a dozen on the house, and offered me a refund. I am excited to give them a second chance, and promise to review and post a play by play. I have responded to his message but haven't heard back. We shall see.
