I had wonderful experience purchasing NEW Hyundai thru William Khouri - GM, Sam Quina and especially Michael Tommasino, Ass't Sales Manager. I used to be in the car business, and, also, a wholesaler. I also wrote a GREAT Review for them.
However, when taking my car for 2nd service today, a Service Rep named Dirk Dunham had a TERRIBLE attitude. He even slammed his hand on the desk after his second "pout." He would face the service bay and hardly turn around to face me on the inside. This man should NEVER work in a customer service position. I have owned several businesses (all of which depended on great customer service). Dirk Dunham has probably cost his employer LOTS of money and LOTS of lost customers. I finally had to get help from Michael Tommasino (a right on, great manager).
You might want to contact the Manager of Customer Service before taking your car in for service.
