  • My experience was absolutely horrible. I hadn't had my nails done in a while (no polish, no acrylic or gel, I came in with clean untouched nails) and I wanted to get gel done. I had an appointment, but they were still 15 minutes late to get me in, and I was shuffled between four different people to have my nails done. The first talked on her phone in a different language through the entire process and I had to ask her four times to shorten my nails until she actually heard me. I had to press the button on the curing machine myself because she was paying so little attention that she forgot (four times). Two and a half hours and three other people later, and my nails probably would look better if I hadn't gone in at all -- the surface is still rough and not smooth, the tips are uneven, and I would've been better off at home. Oh and they were by far the most expensive place I've seen! Save your money and go elsewhere.
