Will not be purchasing furniture here again.
Worked with Scott Moore and Orlando Diaz back in September of 2014. Purchased a living room table set and a chair. I was also sold a Guardsman Gold warranty plan by Mr. Moore who showed me a list of items they covered. What Mr. Moore did not go over is how ridiculous and outdated the claims process is with Guardsman and that if you don't fax or mail in a claim AFTER completing an online form they will deny your request. It's just a series of hoops they make you jump through to avoid servicing your claim.
It's too bad because something like this is just the type of situation that leads me to find a way to mention NOT to shop at Havertys in almost any social conversation.
