  • Larissa Wallace ... was not even my sales rep. My sales rep had already left for the day but Larissa took me on a test drive and explained everything that I needed to know about the car. She's not getting anything out of the deal because she wasn't the original sales rep but she still took all of her time and answered all of my questions. I've never shopped at CarMax before and I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this car that I test drove today but I am sure that Larissa is a very genuine person and I appreciate the help that she gave me
