rev:text	I purchased a romance package at the Charlotte Hampton Inn... I called ahead to see if they could do the set up on Saturday instead of Friday... The young lady who answered the phone took my number down and stated she would have the house keeping manager call me back. NEVER GOT A CALL... Anyways my boyfriend and I took a three hour ride and I got out to checkin... Upon checkin they were busy but not very pleasant... In fact Iv had better service (I travel every week and only stay a Hiltons, I'm a gold member, almost diamond). Cora I believe her name was, didn't greet me with the enthusiasm I usually get. Normally I'm offered water or a snack... Nothing... So now we stay the night and leave Saturday and when we come back nothing but the bed was made in the room.. I didn't get any refills on items I used like shampoo... The fruit tray and wine they gave us Friday was still in the room but clearly was empty... I just wasn't impressed! The romance package was ok... But for $199 a night compared to $130 a night I'm not sure if I would have paid extra knowing what I know now... So my review is based of service... You would think $199 I would get a refill on wine or something or pay more for the night they decorate the room... They have to reuse the fake candles, rose petals and towels... Not sure what's so costly?!?! They do give you a "spa basket" but it wasn't impressive either... More for a woman than both partners... And a bottle of wine... Not worth the extra $$ spent
