  • A 10 story apartment complex in an older solid concrete building . A very good building, they don't make them this way any more in this era of cardboard houses. They just got a brand new OTIS elevator, various apartments are being remodeled. There is a nice outdoor pool, a rec/party room, a pool table, a laundry facility, and some bug screen TVs and couchs in common areas. Assigned Parking in a garage under the building is available for an extra fee (very useful in winter!) or outdoor parking is free for residents. The manager Flory is a very friendly lady, very hard working and conscientous. I lived here a bit less than a year and felt very comfortable. Upper floor units have a nice view (west to Cuyahoga Valley nice at sunset) . Walking distance to a few restaurants and bars in the Cuyahoga Falls Riverfront area. A very safe, quiet neighborhood but very easy access to Akron or Cleveland as the complex is located near an exit on OH State Route 8. Walking distance to the Cuyahoga Falls free summer concert series, the nice Cuyahoga Falls Public Library, town hall, and the excellent Natarorium (town pool and gym which is a must to Join it is a fantastic facility!). The residents are a diverse mix: lots of young professionals, University of Akron or Kent State graduate students, some seniors, some short term stays in the area on business staying in furnished luxury apartments. Not really a children oriented building. I did not see kids around much. All apartments have balconies. fairly Close (short drive or for some trails a short walk or run away to various hiking/running trails in Akron Metroparks and Cuyahoga Valley National Park .
