  • I love how this macy's doesn't get crowded and the fitting rooms are always empty. But the customer service really needs to be worked on. There was one sweet girl that helped me out in the juniors department but the rest of the employees don't even greet you. When you ask an associate a question, expect them to pester you about signing up for a store card even if they couldn't help you find what you were looking for! I asked an associate to help me find some perfume, unfortunately it wasn't available at their store but she asked me to sign up for a store card like 6 times. I asked her 'is it free' and 'you dont need my ssn right?. She said 'yes' its totally free. I finally said okay sign me up, but in the sign up process she DID ask me for my ssn, so i told her to just erase my info cause im not giving her my ssn. She said 'were too far in the application to delete the information'. I just walked the hell away from her and left the store. She blatantly lied to me about not needing my ssn. Ridiculous.
