  • Our review is for Dr. Pachman and his assistant, Kim. I have nothing but good things to say about this doctor. Kim is organized and thorough, helps worried parents to understand what sorts of things they will be billed for, what to expect and makes sure to personally call you for all surgery related information. Dr. Pachman is awesome, my daughter just loves him and he always makes her smile. Surgery is a scary thing when it comes to your child, but the moment we met him we loved his confidence and how knowledgeable he was. He spent ample time with us at each visit (3 so far). He even took a minute to look at our infant son (not a patient of his) when we had an eye-related question. He checks in with you before and after surgery to make sure all your questions are answered. Yes, the office is definitely busy, the staff is definitely busy, but I think it's an artifact of how good they are at what they do.
