  • My wife has been going here for about a year and a half, once a month or so, for a manicure and pedicure. I tag along every second or third time for a pedicure (don't wanna get kicked out of bed due to crusty feet :). The first few times were OK, but their process flow and customer service is haphazard. That would be OK at a discount salon, but this place isn't priced with any discount. It's full price and I expect something better than the random strip mall salon. Sometimes there is someone available to say 'hi' and get you to a chair... sometimes not. Sometimes they forget to offer you something to drink. Sometimes you have to say 'no' to the upgraded "spa" pedicure to multiple people. Most of that was OK and we just went with it. The shop is fairly clean and the chairs were nice, so we kept going there. The last few trips, though, have been poor. My wife got her cuticles cut deeply twice on one trip and on the last trip they started using some sort of plastic bag liner (aka: trash bag) on the foot baths. Really? You've got a Rolls Royce of massage pedicure chairs and you are using paper floor mats? The plastic bag kept clogging up the water intake pipe, leaving the water basically stationary and cold and it felt awful (If I wanted to soak my feet in a garbage bag, I could do that at home for free). The pump in my chair was screaming and vibrating like crazy (it was spinning hard but couldn't get any water past the liner) and I kept trying to fix it, but nobody else seemed to care. Really, this place is confused. They WANT to be a high-end nail salon and they have the location and prices for the high-end nail salon, but they aren't putting forward the effort to make it a true high-end experience and they are cutting corners like a low-end nail shop. Oh well... 2 regular customers are now looking for a new place... Oh... I forgot: A high-end salon wouldn't be on the second floor of a location and have an elevator that smells like pee. You guys seriously need to lean on the landlord to fix that, fast!
