It is a real shame that they are always understaffed For the prices they charge for their "service" one would think their staffing levels would be more realistic. We came here ov r a n hour ago, and are still waiting to be "served".
We came here because one of THEIR overpriced boxes apparently failed.
If they really cared about a 17+ year customer, they would have an express line for straight and even exchanges that should take a very short time.
Or, if anyone cared, perhaps they would allow for appointments.
