  • Took my guitar here for a pickup swap. Tech was friendly and quoted me a week for the job. I called after a week had passed, apparently it was the techs day off. Two weeks pass. Call again. Due to a large backlog of work tech hasnt touched my guitar. Three weeks pass, call again. Tech has so many string changes and setups he just cant get to it. I go get my still unfinished guitar that has been collecting dust back. Tell the manager whats going on and i get a "Sorry man." Dont waste your time with this place. All the bad reviews are true. Find a tech who understands the concept of a deadline and treats customers with respect; not one who procrastinates and is always coming up on his day off.
