  • UPDATE: These guys sent someone out to fix the Air Conditioning after a couple days of misery, they just did the minimum to resolve the issue. When I moved out though, they were more than fair with me, I received a fair amount back of my deposit and was overall fairly happy. I would have wanted to know prior to some issues that there would be a shooting at the neighbors house that would lead two thug type people through my back yard, or I was in an association and these are the rules. I would certainly ask them about the area, check crime rates, and request up front all association rules. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have recently rented a home from Haven Homes and it was a rocky start I must admit, at one point I even got pissed because I did not understand the process. Then Timika came to my rescue and explained the whole thing and gave some much needed customer service. From the point Timika got involved it was smooth sailing finishing paper work. Haven bent over backwards to get me keys in my time frame, and all setup at the house. The walk through was easy, I know about everything about the house. The other easy part was the finding the house, JJ Jules was a great help in getting me looking at places. I do wish they had a little more information on the areas the houses are in.
