  • I had issues with my daughter's honda accord, so I went online and booked an appt. Mike was like clockwork and called me first thing the following morning. I gave him the history of the car that lead up to the issues and he assured me he would take care of the issue/s. His follow though was excellent. I'm in sales and keeping my customers informed is extremely important. After bringing the car in, the check in at the front office was smooth and quick. Mike called me later and let me know that they ran some tests and it was not the worst case we thought it would be. He gave me the total and the rest is history. This place is great and I will continue to bring in my vehicles. Thanks to the team at Wilhelm Tatum/Cave Creek!
