  • Needed a car to pick up family at the airport. Called at 9 am and was told they will have a car for me by 11 and that they will call me - no one called. I called at 11:30 and was told to that they will have one by noonish and that they would call me. No one called. I called at 1:30 pm and was told by the same person who answered the phone the previous times, that they don't have a car for me and that they couldn't help me. When I asked why I wasn't called, this person said that he did, I asked if he had left a message to inform me that they didn't have a car, he said no! This person must think we still live in the 1980s. There is such thing as call log on cell phones! I checked my cellphone log; there were no calls from this location. Customer service lied. I should have checked the reviews on Google, first. If you want reliable service, please go somewhere else.
