Definitely glad Centennial has a boba spot in an area where I frequent. Visited over the weekend and there were a few people waiting. You could tell they are still getting the place together. As I was waiting, i was picturing areas where I would place furniture, paintings, a TV, etc. A guy came out the back and took my order. The menu was small and I was surprised i didn't see regular milk tea. The gentleman said he could still make it even though it wasn't on the menu. I asked what a certain milk tea was that I didn't recognize and he said it was a caramel milk tea and was pretty good. So I took a chance and tried it. The wait was kind of long, I wasn't sure if he was alone in the back or because some of the people waiting had a few drinks in their order. My drink came out, he thanked us for waiting and I left. I personally didn't like the drink and kind of wished I had went back to change it but I was in a hurry so I kept it. I didn't finish it and I hate wasting perfectly good boba toppings. It wasn't terrible, just wasn't my cup of milk tea. I will go back and try the other items though, including my choice of regular milk tea
