Took wife for lunch today, wanted to try out since it had good reviews and was going to be in area. Got there at 12:30 and it wasn't too busy, got seated right away. Yet it took several minutes after being seated to being asked for drinks,
We both ordered the power lunch special, she got the margherita pizza and I got the honey chicken sandwich with caesar salad. We expected to get the salads prior to the main course yet we got everything at the same time. We also ordered fries which while good needed 1 minute more of cooking. The pizza was ok but not as good as a Pizza Rock, the sandwich was good but the slaw got the bottom of the bun soggy to the point where it fell apart eating it.
Now to dessert, she got the salt caramel ice cream and I got the bread pudding. These were both outstanding with only negative being too much caramel sauce. Overall, it was good and the atmosphere was inviting but the service was slow for lunch when it was only half full.
