  • I've been going here for roughly 6 months now. I switched because people ALWAYS mess up when I go to get my eyebrows done. I'm very picky about how they look and am always scared when I get them done because I've had them messed up so many times before (at places like Ulta, independent salons, etc.). I am happy to say that the first time I got that service done at Dolce was fabulous. She was so great and did such a fantastic job, I figured I'd trust Dolce and go with whoever was available. All the girls I got were wonderful. Some were a bit better than others, but overall they were all very nice and delivered almost the same level of quality. Now as for the bad things. My last experience there was pretty bad. I went with a new brow specialist and she (in my opinion) messed up my eyebrows. I told her to take a little off and she took a LOT off. What ticked me off about that is that she didn't take off little by little or once let me see the progress as she went. She simply ripped it all off with the wax THEN asked how I liked it... Yeah, not much you can do at that point! I went home and was pretty upset. Called the next day to tell them what happened so she can know what to do better next time and because I was unhappy. Luckily, they let me speak to Brittany, an aestethics director, who was really nice and helped resolve my issue. She told me she would speak to the girl about everything, gave me a free credit for my next visit to get my brows done, and even gave me some free "wonderbrow" stuff (that I didn't know existed!) which helped fill in my brows a little because I didn't like how thin they were. This has been my ONLY bad experience there and they resolved it quickly and as well as they could! I'm very happy with how they resolved it. The only other comment I have is that I hate their phone service... The girls on the phone are great, it's just the hold time that I find ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait on hold for about 10-20 minutes just to schedule an appointment. Half the time I just hang up and call another day. Overall, I really do like this place and it seems to be the highest quality you can get for this kind of stuff. :)
