  • I had a carpet cleaning recently and the technician did a quick and efficient job. Even provided some good to know carpet education on regular care and also details of the cleaning process. Also, Cheryl initially set up a date that was not going to be the most suitable since I was in the process of moving but she kept an eye out for any cancels and ended up working in an appointment for me the day I really needed it for it and was a lifesaver! The only "bad" thing was the technician was late and didn't give any notice of running late. In my case it wasn't a big deal and worked out just fine. I would book with them in the future as well.
